A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON JULY 20, 1999 TO CONSIDER AN
ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF SEWER
REVENUE BONDS.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas owns a Sewer
System (the "System "), which is operated by the Sewer Committee of
the City; and
WHEREAS, the Committee is continuing its ten -year System
improvement plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That July 20, 1999, at 6:00 p.m. shall be the
date and time for a public hearing to consider an Ordinance
authorizing the issuance of up to $12,000,000 in principal amount
of Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 1999 for the purpose of financing
the construction of extensions, betterments and improvements to the
System.
