A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER -INTO A CONTRACT WITH TOWNSHIP
BUILDERS FOR 1999 ACCESS RAMPS.
WHEREAS, this program was mandated by Federal Law as an ADA requirement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract
to Township Builders, lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed
$210,590, ($191,445 plus 10% contingency) for 1999 Access Ramps.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in account 304 - 220 -A149.
