A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH McV INC. FOR
1999 TORNADO DAMAGE REPAIR TO TREE STUMPS,
SIDEWALKS AND CURBS.
WHEREAS, this project is necessary to repair tornado damages.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract
to McV Inc., the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed
$178,443, ($162,221 plus 10% contingency) for 1999 Tornado Damage Repair to Trees,
Sidewalks and Curbs.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in account 303 - 220 -0777.
