A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH. MARKING
SYSTEMS OF ARKANSAS FOR 1999 PAVEMENT
MARKINGS.
WHEREAS, this program was selected by citizens as 1995 Capital Improvement Bond
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract
to Marking Systems of Arkansas, the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount
not to exceed $66,677, ($60,616 plus 10% contingency) for 1999 Pavement Markings.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in account 303 - 220 -0777.
