RESOLUTION NO. i o 565
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH WINDCREST ENTERPRISE INC.
AND ENVIROREM INC. FOR DEMOLITION OF SEVENTEEN (17)
TORNADO DAMAGED STRUCTURES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with
Windcrest Enterprises Inc., the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an
amount not to exceed $34,000 for demolition of ten (10) tornado destroyed
structures located within the disaster area south of Roosevelt Road.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with
EnviroRem Inc., the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to
exceed $39,495 for demolition of seven (7) tornado destroyed structures located
within the disaster area north of Roosevelt Road.
SECTION 3. Funding for this project is available from 210 - 220 -A283 -6081.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
