A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE DEEDS DEDICATING A PORTION OF A CITY OWNED LOT
AT 36TH AND ROMINE STREETS FOR PUBLIC RIGHT- OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department si completing street improvements to the area
of 36" and Romine Streets and needs an additional 154.81 square feet for a turn radius on the corner
of 36' and Romine Streets; and
WHEREAS, this deed is required to reflect the change in lot size on the city owned property
in the event thee is a sale of this property in the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the deed dedicating a
portion of a city owned lot on 36 " and Romine Streets for right -of -way.
