A RESOLUTION REINSTATING MR. JEROME
NGUNDUE AS A MEMBER OF THE RACIAL AND
CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION AND
APPOINTING MS. CATHERINE COCKRELL TO THE
EDUCATION COMMISSION.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Mr. Jerome Ngundue is hereby reinstated as a member to the
Racial and Cultural Diversity Commission to serve the remainder of his term expiring
March 1, 2000.
SECTION 2. That Ms. Catherine Cockrell (At -Large position) is hereby
appointed to a three year tern expiring November I, 2002. (Note: The PTA position held
by Donna Stone was replaced by one of the three additional at -large positions created
pursuant to Ordinance No. 17, 983, passed April 20, 1999.)
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
