RESOLUTION NO. 10, 496
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
AWARD A CONTRACT WITH METROPOLITAN NATIONAL
BANK FOR THE CITY'S BANKING SERVICES FOR THE YEARS
1999 AND 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City shall contract for banking services every two years with an option
to renew annually, not to exceed two renewals.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to award a contract to provide the
City's banking services with Metropolitan National Bank for the years 1999 and 2000 with the option
to renew annually for the years 2001 and 2002.
