RESOLUTION NO. 10,494
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO CONTRACTS WITH FLETCHER -TATE FORD
AND LITTLE ROCK DODGE FOR THE PURCHASE OF
SIXTEEN (16) LIGHT DUTY REPLACEMENT VEHICLES
FOR VARIOUS CITY DEPARTMENTS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into contracts with Fletcher -Tate Ford
($67,565) five (5) compact sedans and Little Rock Dodge ($147,475) nine (9) Pickup trucks and two
(2) utility vans.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in account number 600- 360 - 6020 -6021-
7060 -10 Fleet Replacement ($182,933) and Fourche Creek Special Project ($19,917).
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
