3 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
4 ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO MOBLEY
5 CONTRACTORS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $89,822 FOR
6 CONSTRUCTION OF LEACHATE WELL DRILLING AT
7 THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT SOLID WASTE
8 FACILITY.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
I I THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: ,
12 SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids and award a contract to Mobley
13 Contractors, Inc., the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $89,822
14 ($81,656 + 10% contingency) for construction of Leachate Well Drilling at the Solid Waste Facility.
15 SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in the Solid waste Revenue Bond Fund.
16 SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
