RESOLUTION NO. 10,433 O
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS IN SUPPORT OF THE ROCK
CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD ACTION PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Neighborhood formed a Planning Committee
to work with City Staff to develop a Neighborhood Plan; and
WHEREAS, all the residents in the area were included in
a survey of needs along with a request to participate in a
Town Hall Meeting to keep them informed and get their
comments; and
WHERREAS, after several months of work by the
neighborhood volunteers, a set of goals and objectives were
developed; and
WHEREAS, this Policy Plan (Goals, Objectives and Action
Statements) provide a way for both neighborhood based groups
and others working in and around the neighborhood to advance
the desires and meet the needs of the residents.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock does support the general aims of the
neighborhood improvements as expressed in the Rock Creek
Neighborhood Action Plan.
