RESOLUTION NO. 10,428
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN THE
DAILY STORAGE FEE FROM $10 TO $12 FOR VEHICLES
STORED AT THE LITTLE ROCK IMPOUND FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock currently provides impound services to its citizens without
creating a burden on the existing operating budget; and
WHEREAS, this facility has been in operation for three (3) years and ten (10) months and has
been self - supporting.
WHEREAS, the increase will generate revenue above projections for Fiscal Year 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to increase the daily storage fee from $10 to
$12 for vehicles stored at the City of Little Rock Impound facility.
SECTION 2. Net revenues are projected to be $96,000.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
