5 THE AGREEMENT WITH ARKANSAS ENTERPRISES FOR
6 THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED (AEDD) TO PROVIDE
7 $136,000 IN HOME FUNDS TO CONSTRUCT TWO
8 STRUCTURES IN THE 2000 BLOCK OF ALDERSGATE

11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
12 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 10,277 (May 19, 1998) is hereby amended to read as follows:
14 The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with the
15 Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled (AEDD) and
16 Community Living, Inc., to provide $136,000 in HOME funds to
17 construct two structures in the 2000 block of Aldersgate Road.
18 SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from the HOME Program.
19 SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
