RESOLUTION NO. 10,402
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT
OF MR. MICHAEL HUTCHINSON AND
REAPPOINTMENT OF MS. CAROLYN WITHERSPOON
TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Housing
Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, by virtue of
the authority vested in it by the Act to Provide a Method of
Filling Vacancies on Municipal Housing Authority Boards, Act
77 of 1943 and pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. Section 14 -169-
208, did appoint Mr. Michael Hutchinson (replacing Mr.
Calvin Scribner) and reappoint Ms. Carolyn Witherspoon as
Commissioners on September 29, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby confirms the appointment of
Mr. Michael Hutchinson and the reappointment of Ms. Carolyn
Witherspoon as Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for a five year term
beginning October 24, 1998 and expiring October 24, 2003.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
