A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN ASBESTOS ABATEMENT AND
DEMOLITION CONTRACT WITH FIRST LITTLE ROCK
FINANCIAL, INC. FOR FORTY (40) CONDEMNED
STRUCTURES.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with First Little Rock
Financial, Inc., the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $116,289 for
asbestos abatement and demolition of forty (40) condemned structures.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from 210- 216 - 0822 -6081.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
