A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS
TO THE COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY
BOARD.
WHEREAS, the City Board has previously passed an
Ordinance to establish a Community Housing Advisory Board on
June 2, 1998, Ordinance No. 17,750.
WHEREAS, the suggestion for the creation of this board
grew from recommendations and actions of the FUTURE- Little
Rock process including, to work on the land bank authority
and housing task force, and the rental inspection program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed as members of the Community Housing Advisory
Board:
B. J. Bowen
Steve Bradley
Howard Hanson
Gerry Nash
Robert Pruitt
Carlos Ross
Community Development Corporation, CDC
Atlarge (replacing Jim Macardo)
Atlarge (previously representing CDC)
Real Estate Business Community
Nonprofit Corporation
Lending Institution (replacing Dale
Taylor)
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
