A RESOLUTION TO AMEND
RESOLUTION NO. 10,135 (NOVEMBER
18, 1997) TO EXTEND THE
MORATORIUM ON DEMOLITIONS
WITHIN THE CAPITAL ZONING
DISTRICT UNTIL NOVEMBER 30,1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 10, 135 (November 18, 1997)
is hereby amended to read as follows:
The Board hereby extends the moratorium on demolitions in the Capital Zoning
District to and including November 30, 1998, due to unforeseeable delays.
