A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING USE OF EMINENT
DOMAIN ON THE LEGION HUT ROAD PROJECT.

Whereas, attempts to acquire right -of -way necessary for construction of the Legion
Hut Road project have been unsuccessful; and
Whereas, we will continue to attempt to acquire necessary property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City is authorized to use eminent domain to complete acquisition of right -
of -way for this project.
SECTION 2. Funding for this property is available in account no. 215- 220 -0661.
