RESOLUTION NO. 10,308
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEEDS TRANSFERRING
OWNERSHIP OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 8, TOWN OF
WRIGHTSVILLE, TO THE CITY OF WRIGHTSVILLE
IN FEE SIMPLE OWNERSHIP.

WHEREAS, the two lots in question contain the unused water tower formerly owned
by the Little Rock Water District; and
WHEREAS, the water tower was abandoned to Wrightsville by the Little Rock
Water Department at their Board of Directors meeting on February 14, 1998; and
WHEREAS, to avoid any further liability it is in the City's best interest to donate this
land to the City of Wrightsville.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute deeds
transferring ownership of Lots 1 and 2, Block 8, Town of Wrightsville, to the City of
Wrightsville in Fee Simple Ownership.
