RESOLUTION NO. 10,283
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
AND CLOSE THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 20 OF GIBRALTER HEIGHTS ADDITION, TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND TO ABANDON ALL RIGHTS OF EASEMENT
IN SAID ALLEY.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas on the 11 th day of May , 1998, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon
all of the alley and all rights of easements in said alley, in Block 20 of Gibralter Heights Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of
record in Plat Book 1, Page 67, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of
Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 16th day of June 199-L.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner
prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
