A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SEVENTY -FIVE (75)
ADDITIONAL TAXICAB PERMITS TO TAXICAB
OPERATOR, CAPITOL CAB COMPANY.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby authorized seventy -five (75) additional taxicab permits to
Capitol Cab Company, so long as an insurance policy with a licensed insurance company is
maintained for each cab. At no time will Capitol Cab Company have more than one hundred ten
(110) cabs in service.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
