A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH DAVID -PAUL
BUILDERS, INC., FOR THE AMOUNT OF $162,800 TO
CONSTRUCT THE NEW RIVER MARKET DISTRICT
POLICE SUBSTATION AT 421 EAST MARKHAM
STREET.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with
David -Paul Builders, Inc. to construct the new River Market District Police Substation at
421 East Markham Street.
SECTION 2. The accepted bid cost of the project is $162,800. Funds are
available for this project through account #210 - 350 -0817.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect and after its
adoption.
