RESOLUTION NO. 10-233
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO AWARD AN ASBESTOS ABATEMENT CONTRACT
TO ADVANCED ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to award an Asbestos Abatement
contract to Advanced Environmental Solutions, for the partial removal of existing
asbestos in the renovation of Lee Elementary School structure.
SECTION 2. The accepted bid cost of the project is $166,671.00. Funds are
available for this project through account #210 - 030 -0414.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect and after its
adoption.
