A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
AWARD AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO R & R UNIFORMS,
INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY VEHICLE
EQUIPMENT FOR THE FLEET SERVICES DEPARTMENT.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to award an annual contract to R & R
Uniforms, Inc., the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $130,000 for the
purchase of emergency vehicle equipment for the Fleet Services Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purchase in account number 600 - 360 - 6020 -7060
(10).
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
