A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONSULTANT CONTRACT
WITH AULT, CLARK, AND ASSOCIATES FOR DESIGN
SERVICES FOR THE REMODELING OF REBSAMEN
GOLF COURSE.

WHEREAS, multi - strategic improvements and studies have been implemented on all three
golf courses within the last several years; and
WHEREAS, a consultant search was conducted according to city policy in selecting the
consultant to design and remodel Rebsamen Golf Course.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a consultant contract with Ault,
Clark, and Associates, in an amount not to exceed $225,000, for design services for the remodeling
of Rebsamen Golf Course.
