A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS
TO THE RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY
COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed as Ward members, City Board and Mayor's Selection
to the Racial and Cultural Diversity Commission:

SECTION 2. The five individuals appointed to serve on
the reconstituted Commission (see Ordinance No. 17,665,
passed 1- 20 -98) , and who served on the original Commission
are: Glover, McGraw, Douglas, Ngundue and Coker, will draw
lots to determine if tenure continues for one or two years.
All other appointees shall draw lots to determine if tenure
shall be for one, two or three years. The initial
composition of the reconstituted Commission shall be five
persons with one year terms; six persons with two year
terms; and six persons with three year terms. After these
initial terms are completed, all appointments shall be three
year terms.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
