RESOLUTION NO. 109205
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH STEP UP CENTER, TO
PROVIDE SERVICES IN 1998, TO LITTLE ROCK RESIDENTS
FOR ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE SUPPORT SERVICES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, Little Rock Budget Ordinance 17,646, (December 16, 1997) appropriated
$7,097,285 for FUTURE Little Rock Special Projects; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to contract with Step Up Center to provide services to Little
Rock residents' for alcohol and drug abuse support services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Step Up Center,
for an amount not to exceed $113,124, for the tern of January 1, 1998, through December 31, 1998.
SECTION 2. Funding is available from Future Little Rock Special Projects (Prevention,
Intervention, Treatment).
