RESOLUTION NO. 10.202
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO
JOYNER, FORD & BURK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS ON TAYLOR STREET.
WHEREAS, this project was selected by citizens as 1988 Capital Improvement Bond Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bid and award a contract to Joyner,
Ford & Burke Construction Company, the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to
exceed $1,234,071.90 ($1,121,833.55 + 10% contingency) for construction of street and drainage
improvements on Taylor Street.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project will be from 1997 Infrastructure Fund. Account no.
215- 220 -0659.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
