WHEREAS, Little Rock Budget Ordinance 17,646, (December 16, 1997) appropriated 7,097,285 for FUTURE Little Rock Special Projects; and, WHEREAS, the City desires to contract with Black Community Developers, Inc., to provide services to Little Rock residents' for alcohol and drug abuse support services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Black Community Developers, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $202,662, for the term of January 1, 998, through December 31, 1998. SECTION 2. Funding is available from FUTURE Little Rock Special Projects Prevention, Intervention, Treatment).
