RESOLUTION NO. 10,187
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF AN
EIGHT INCH (8 ") SEWER MAIN TO THE NORTHWEST
TERRITORY, SUBJECT TO ANNEXATION OF THE
NORTHWEST TERRITORY SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors adopted Resolution No. 7,893 on
February 2, 1988, providing for City Board approval of individual sewer tie -ons outside the
City limits of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the property ownership is outside of but adjacent to the Little Rock City
limits and is also within the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction; and
WHEREAS, the proposed sewer main being installed will be adequately sized to
serve areas further north, along the future street extension (Chenal Parkway).
WHEREAS, the developer plans to pay for the 8 -inch sewer main installation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to approve the extension of an eight inch
sewer main to the northwest territory provided that the Northwest Territory Subdivision is
annexed into the City of Little Rock.
