RESOLUTION NO. 10.177
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEEDS TO
CONVEY THE FOUR INCH (4 ") SEWER FORCE
MAIN AND SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS AT
THE CITY LANDFILL TO LITTLE ROCK
WASTEWATER UTILITY.

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Wastewater Utility will replace its treatment plant
serving the Little Rock Police Academy with a pump station and force main; and
WHEREAS, the alignment of the proposed force main is largely parallel to the
force main installed to serve the City of Little Rock Landfill; and
WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Agreement has been executed for joint use of
the facility by the City of Little Rock and the Little Rock Wastewater Utility; and
WHEREAS, conveying this force main and easement will prevent having to
constrict redundant facilities and reduces costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
deeds conveying the City landfill's four inch (4 ") force main to Little Rock
Wastewater Utility (LRWU).
