RESOLUTION NO. 10.156 643
A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO PURCHASE THE
PROPERTY AT 2ND AND BOND STREET FOR
PARK/OPEN SPACE.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock City Board of Directors, and the Little Rock
Planning Commission denied an application to amend the City Land Use Plan
(16,222), and
WHEREAS, the land in question is a part of the Park Master -plan and
dedicated as Park/Open Space.
NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LITTLE ROCK CITY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is authorized to initiate the process and
identify funds to acquire the property referenced above.
