5 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, CERTIFYING LOCAL
6 GOVERNMENT ENDORSEMENT OF PRO WINDOW AND
7 DOOR, INC. TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ARKANSAS
ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.

10 WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business or enterprise to
11
12 participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program and benefit from the exemptions as
13 provided in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, and
14 WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific forms available from
15
AIDC, and
16
17 WHEREAS, Pro Window and Door, Inc., located at 4113 Asher Avenue, has
18 been determined by the management of the Enterprise Zone as an appropriate applicant,
19
and
20
21 WHEREAS, Pro Window and Door, Inc. has agreed to furnish to management
22 of the Enterprise Zone all necessary information for compliance.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
24
25 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
26 SECTION 1 -A. Pro Window and Door, Inc. shall be endorsed by the City of
27 Little Rock for benefit from the refunds and tax credits as provided in the Arkansas
28
29 Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, through June 30, 1999, including any
30 local City gross receipts and compensating use taxes.
31 SECTION 1 -B. The Department of Finance and Administration shall be
32
33 authorized to refund local sales and use taxes to Pro Window and Door, Inc.
34 SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the required Certificate of Local
35 Government Endorsement.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force from and after
its adoption and approval.
