RESOLUTION NO. 10,137
A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE NAME OF THAT
PORTION OF PEYTON STREET, SOUTH OF ASHER
AVENUE TO WEST 32ND STREET, TO JOSHUA
STREET.
WHEREAS, all owners of property abutting that portion of
Peyton Street from Asher Avenue south to West 32nd Street have
signed a petition requesting that the name of the street be
changed to Joshua Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The name of that portion of Peyton Street from
Asher Avenue south to West 32nd Street is hereby changed to
Joshua Street.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and the City Manager is hereby
directed to notify all departments of said change.
