RESOLUTION NO. 10,117
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXTEND
THE CONTRACT WITH SOUTHWEST EAP FOR THE EMPLOYEE
ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR CITY EMPLOYEES FOR A TWO YEAR
PERIOD EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1997.
WHEREAS, Southwest EAP has been the provider for the Employee Assistance
Program since its inception; and
WHEREAS, Southwest has proposed a two -year renewal at the current rate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to renew the contract with Southwest EAP
for the Employee Assistance Program for a two year period effective July 1, 1997.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project has been included in the proposed 1998 budget.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
