A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE 1995
GENERAL BOND ISSUE GENERAL STREET
IMPROVEMENTS ACCOUNT TO THE 1998 AND 1999
STREET RESURFACING PROGRAMS.
WHEREAS, the 1997 Street Resurfacing Program is an annual program for the
maintenance of the City's streets.
WHEREAS, ward meetings were held in each area to receive public comment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to transfer funds from the 1995 Bond
Issue General Street Improvements account to the 1998 and 1999 Street Resurfacing
Programs.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available by transferring funds ($2.6 million)
from account number 303- 220 -0382 to account number 303- 220 -0776 ($1.3 million in 1998)
and account number 303- 220 -0777 ($1.3 million in 1999).
