A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION
COMMISSION, ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF
TRUSTEES, ARTS AND HUMANITIES PROMOTION
COMMISSION, ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND
HISTORY BOARD OF TRUSTEES, HISTORIC
DISTRICT COMMISSION, LITTLE •ROCK PORT
AUTHORITY, AND THE SISTER CITIES COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION
Director Dean Kumpuris, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Mayor Jim Dailey, said term expiring December
31, 1998.
(b) ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The following individuals are hereby appointed to serve
four year terms expiring June 30, 2001:
Mr. John Selig
Mr. Raymond Remmel
Mr. Phil Cox
Ms. Alma Williams
Replacing:
Ms. Ann Bemis
Mr. Donald Munro
Ms. Rosemarie Nunn
Mr. A. Dan Phillips
Ms.Mimi Hurst, reappointed to a four year term expiring
June 30, 2001.
Ms. Betty Tucker, reappointed to a four year term

the unexpired term of Dr. Charles Donaldson, said term
expiring December 16, 1998.

The following individuals are hereby appointed to serve
three year terms beginning January 1, 1998 and expiring
December 31, 2000:

(e) HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
Mr. Howard Gordon (At- large), appointed to serve a
three year term, replacing Mr. Tommy Jameson, said term
expiring June 15, 2000.
(f) LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY
Mr. Jesse Mason, appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Mr. Lee Frazier, said term expiring July 6, 2000.
(g) SISTER CITIES COMMITTEE
Ms. Mary Wohlleb, appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Ms. Donna Skowronski, said term expiring January 5,
2000.

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
