A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
TOWNSHIP BUILDERS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF
$87,513 FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF SCHILLER
AND SUMMIT STREETS FROM WRIGHT AVENUE TO
18TH STREET.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with Township
Builders, Inc., the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $87,513
for the reconstruction of Schiller and Summit Streets from Wright Avenue to 18th Street.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from the Community Block Grant
Program and is budgeted for in the 21st Year Consolidated Plan.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
