A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH SEAARK MARINE,
INC. FOR PRELIMINARY DESIGN AND OPERATION
ANALYSIS OF THE PROPOSED LITTLE ROCK LANDING.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock landing is one component of a vision to revitalize downtown
Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, this along with recent improvements will continue to build the excitement in the
River Market District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with SeaArk Marine,
Inc. to prepare concepts for development and determine feasibility of the Little Rock Landing Project.
SECTION 2. Funds are available from private funds and the Parks Planning and
Implementation account number 303 - 230 -0407.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
