RESOLUTION NO. 10.034
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ALLOCATE 1995 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND PROCEEDS
FOR VARIOUS PARK IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 16,839 approved the issuance of the 1995 Capital
Improvement Bonds, including up to $9,100,000 for the purpose of making various parks
and recreation improvements; and
WHEREAS, the bonds have been issued and sold and proceeds received by the
City; and
WHEREAS, included in the bond proceeds for parks improvements are funds for
Remmel Park, Two Rivers Park, the Children's Zoo, and SWLR Soccer Complex.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE.BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to allocate $175,000 for
Remmel Park improvements.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is also hereby authorized to allocate $218,044
for Two Rivers Park.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is also hereby authorized to allocate $725,000
for the Children's Zoo.
SECTION 4. The City Manager is also hereby authorized to allocate $900,000
for the SWLR Soccer Complex.
SECTION 5. Funding for these projects is available in account 303 - 230 -0384.
