A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO AN ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH GENESIS
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE FOR THE PREPARATION OF A STORM
WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN (SWPPP) AND SPILL
PREVENTION CONTROL AND COUNTERMEASURES PLAN (SPCCP)
FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK'S CENTRAL MAINTENANCE
FACILITY LOCATED AT 3313 J.E. DAVIS DRIVE.
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department and ADPC &E Consent Agreement requires
Public Works to present a SWPPP and SPCCP Storm Water Management Plan for our facility; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been made between the departments to share in this expense
since Fleet Services shares equally in the Central Maintenance Facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an engineering services contract
with Genesis Environmental Service for the preparation of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan
(SWPPP) and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan (SPCCP) for the City of Little
Rock's Central Maintenance Facility located at 3313 J.E. Davis Drive.
SECTION 2. Funding in the amount of $8,000 is available from the account number 200-
20 -2200- 6081(99) Public Works and account 600 - 360 - 640 -6041- 6081(99) Fleet Services. This is
joint effort between Public Works and Fleet Services.
