A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE ADVERTISING AND
PROMOTION COMMISSION, ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER
BOARD OF TRUSTEES, BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT,
BOARD OF BIIILDING CODE APPEALS, CITY
BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION, COMMISSION ON
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, COMMUNITY POLICING
ADVISORY COUNCIL (CPAC), AND THE OAKLAND
FRATERNAL CEMETERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed and reappointed to their prospective Boards and
Commissions:
(a) ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION
Mr. Wally Allen reappointed to serve a third term (see
Resolution No. 9,964), said term expiring May 4, 2001.
(b) ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Mr. Brian Foster, appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Ms. Barbara Pryor, said term expiring June 30, 2000.
(C) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Ms. Ann Palmer, (At- large) appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Ms. Rebecca Finney, said term expiring February 4,
1999.
Note: Mr. Brandon Rogers transferred from "At- large"
position to "Real Estate" position.
(d) BOARD OF BIIILDING CODE APPEALS
Mr. Danny Bennett, Contractor, appointed to serve a four
year term, replacing Mr. Lewis May, said term expiring May
12, 2001.

Mr. Terry Burruss, Licensed Real Estate Broker, appointed
to serve a four year term, replacing Mr. Ronald Ross, said
term expiring May 12, 2001.
Mr. Michael O'Dea, Fire Insurance Engineer, appointed to
serve a four year term, replacing Mr. S. Porter Brownlee,
said term expiring May 12, 2001. Z 39
(e) CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION
Ms. Carolyn Lawrence, appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Ms. Josephine Graham, term expiring October 19, 1997
and appointed to serve a three term, expiring October 19,
2000.
(f) COMMISSION ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Ms. Susan Tabor, (Health Care Facility), appointed to fill
the unexpired term of Ms. Antionette Little, term expiring
November 1, 1997 and appointed to serve a five year term
expiring November 1, 2002.
(g) COMMUNITY POLICING ADVISORY COUNCIL (CPAC)
Mr. Dwight Blissard (Ward 3 Rep.), reappointed to serve a
two year term, expiring May 9, 1999.
Mr. Jim Stanley (Ward 5 Rep.), reappointed to serve a two
year term, expiring May 9, 1999.
Mr. Glenn Bacon (Wakefield Alert Center), reappointed to
serve a two year term, expiring May 9, 1999.
(h) OAKLAND FRATERNAL CEMETERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Mr. A. Keith Jernigan, reappointed to serve a three year
term, expiring June 1, 2000.
Ms. Geraldine Briggs, appointed to serve a three year
term, replacing Mr. Charles Shelton, said term expiring
June 1, 2000.
Mr. Leslie Rogers, appointed to serve a three year term,
replacing Ms. Lillian Vaughn, said term expiring June 1,
2000.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
