RESOLUTION NO. 9.978
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN CADASTRE, INC., FOR
WORK IN CONNECTION WITH PAGIS (PULASKI AREA GEOGRAPHIC
INFORMATION SYSTEM).
WHEREAS, PAGIS contracted with American Cadastre for interim GIS Management and
a strategic planning study, and
WHEREAS, this contract provides for continuity of on -site management while a permanent
manager is recruited to implement the plan; and
WHEREAS, this process has identified immediate strategic needs shared.by all parties
involving short term needs for specific technical expertise.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is to enter into an agreement with American Cadastre, Inc.
For work in connection with PAGIS (Pulaski Area Geographic Information System).
SECTION. 2. The maximum total amount for the service is $10 3,000. Each of the three
participants has committed to funding 25% of the total. The City's share will be no more than
$25,750.
SECTION 3. Funding for this project is available from the administrative accounts of the
Public Works Department.
