RESOLUTION NO. 9,969
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE A PORTION OF CHENAL PARKWAY
RIGHT -OF -WAY AND BRISTOL DRIVE BETWEEN CHENAL PARKWAY
AND AUTUMN ROAD, PARTIALLY LOCATED IN MONTCLAIR HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION (PART 11), AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, on the 18th day of April 1997, asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon a portion of Chenal Parkway right -of -way and Bristol Drive between Chenal
Parkway and Autumn Road, partially located in Montclair Heights Subdivision (Part II), an
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now
appearing of record in Plat Book 6, Page 25, and in a Dedication Deed recorded in Deed Record
Book 644, Page 285, and in a Warranty Deed recorded as Instrument No. 88- 32021, all in the
Office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of
Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 20 thday of Mav 1997.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the
manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City
of Little Rock.
