A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO
QUALITY SECURITY SERVICE TO PROVIDE SECURITY
SERVICE FOR THE FLEET SERVICE FACILITY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids and award an annual contract
to Quality Security Service of Little Rock, Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an
amount not to exceed $40,000 to provide security service for the Fleet Service Facility.
SECTION 2. This contract is also available for other City departments to use when
necessary. It is also recommended that this contract be renewable for four additional years with City
Manager approval.
SECTION 3. Funds are available for this purpose in account number 600 -360- 6020 -6021-
6081.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
