A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO
SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE FOR A
TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids and award a contract to
Southwestern Bell Telephone of Little Rock, Arkansas, in the amount of $646,792.55 including
options for the purchase of a telecommunications system for the City of Little Rock,
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purchase in account number 210- 214- 0354/210-
214-0601/303-350-0384,
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
