6 FUNDS FROM FUTURE LITTLE ROCK, EXCLUDING
7 PREVENTION, INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT (PIT)

FUNDS, WILL GO INTO THE INFRASTRUCTURE

10 ACCOUNT.

12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
13 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
14 SECTION 1. Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 9587 (December 26, 1995) is hereby

amended to read as follows:

17 SECTION 4. In addition, as soon as possible after the first of each year, the Finance Director
18 and Treasurer shall report on any unexpended or unpledged balances of the previous year's Future -
19 Little Rock one -half cent sales tax collections. These funds shall be denominated Unexpended
20 Future - Little Rock funds. Seventy -five percent (75) of any Unexpended Future - Little Rock funds,
21 excluding Prevention, Intervention and Treatment (PIT) funds, shall be transferred annually to the
22
23 Infrastruchue Account for the City, and the balance shall be placed in the FUTURE - Little Rock
24 reserve .
