A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO ARKANSAS
MUNICIPAL LEAGUE FOR AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE
FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF FLEET SERVICES.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids and award a contract to the
Arkansas Municipal League, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed
$286,700 .67 for automobile insurance for the Fleet Services Department.
SECTION 2. Funding for this purpose is available from account number 600- 360 -6020-
6021 -6030.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
