A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF
JOHN D. TONEY, JR. AS A COMMISSIONER OF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, by virtue of the authority vested in it by the Act to Provide a
Method of Filling Vacancies on Municipal Housing Authority Boards, Act 77 of 1943, did
reappoint Mr. John D. Toney, Jr. as a Commissioner on the 17th day of December, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
hereby confirms the reappointment of Mr. John D. Toney, Jr. as a Commissioner of the
Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for a five year term beginning
October 24, 1996 and expiring October 24, 2001.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
