A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN
LOT 17 OF THE RIDGE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 7th
day of January,' 1997, asking the Board of Directors to
vacate a portion of the public utility easement in Lot 17 of
The Ridge Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
,designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of
record in Plat Book B, Page 403, in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 4th day of February 19 97
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.

DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT TO BE ABANDONED

Commencing at the northeastern comer of Lot 17 The Ridge Addition to Little Rock; and
thence 135.00 feet southeasterly along the eastern most boundary of said lot to the point of beginning;
of a ten foot easement the centerline of which is described as follows; thence NO2° I V 27" E from
the said point of beginning 174.83 feet to the northern most boundary of said Lot 17. Said
abandonment shall n no way affect the easements located along the northern and eastern boundaries
of said Lot 17.
